Producteev is another tool to enhance collaboration with people online. You can share projects and tasks through a drag and drop interface. You can create tasks, assign them to others and leave comments on tasks as a project progresses. The tools available from within Producteev include file management, to do list management, reminders, and calendars.
At the heart of Producteev are a series of boxes (similar to projects), which you use to create new tasks. There are a number of functions for customizing boxes, including the ability to use privacy controls. Once you have set up a box you can create new tasks to go with it. You can edit tasks and change their status at any time. Once you’re done, tasks can be assigned to colleagues and include automated notifications so your team members are aware of their responsibilities.
A key tool for communicating with team members is the live feed which includes messaging and document uploading functions. You can also use the built in file manager to upload and share files with colleagues. Finally, services tab adds notifications through 3rd party applications such as instant messaging, Twitter, and more. Producteev also has the ability to function via a number of common mobile applications.
