If you’ve ever been a project manager you’ve most likely lost countless hours dealing with multiple email messages. You’re expected to gather info from email, then update your plans, then let the rest of your team know about the updates, then tell the higher ups how the project is going… You get the picture I’m sure. It’s a time waster, and with Wrike Practical Project Management you no longer are saddled with tedious tasks.
With Wrike’s patent pending Intelligent Email Engine, all you have to do is copy wrike@wrike.com and the work is done for you. In your team’s Wrike.com workspace, Wrike will create a task based on the information you sent in the email. Also, it creates a log of everyone’s emails and shows it as a chat, so no one can claim they didn’t get that timely project email.
Through this chat, Wrike then creates a timeline of everything going on in your project. Say you’re looking over the time line and you hear from your superiors that a date must be moved up: simply move the issue in question into the place on the timeline where it needs to be. Everyone on the project will get an email automatically from Wrike alerting them of the changes.

Matt,
Thank you for reviewing Wrike! By the way, you didn’t mention that though our customers pay per user, they get to manage an unlimited number of projects. So, if you’re working in a multi-project environment, you’re actually saving money with Wrike, as many other pm tools charge per project. By the way, when we created Wrike’s pricing structure, we thought of the users who won’t need features like iCal or Windows Mobile sync. And if they don’t need those why should they pay for them? That’s why in our pricing structure we give our customers an option to choose what they want to pay for and create their own cost-effective mix of licenses and features.
Once again, thank you for your post and for giving Wrike 5 out of 5!

A refreshing and soothing all-day or after-dinner delight. Bring the water to a
boil and then let cool 30 seconds. Drinking black tea is
thought to protect the lungs from cigarette smoke damage and may also reduce the risk
of having a stroke.
