Clutterpad is a simplified project management application that considers beauty, ease of use, and mobility three of its most important features. The application offers many of the same functions as other robust management applications—including group to-do lists, chat rooms, message boards, calendar syncing, and other tools necessary to get work assignments done—but puts them together in a way that is easy to understand and use, even for people who may have never used an online project management application before.
Signing up with Clutterpad takes less than 60 seconds, and since the application is a pay-as-you-go service, there is no contract or long-term commitment required to join. After logging in to your new account, you’ll be taken to an overview page where you can see all the activity within your company. Any changes to timelines or project statuses will be listed here, with the latest changes appearing at the top of the page. From the overview page, you can also check out any to-do items that have been assigned to you, any files you’ve uploaded, and any upcoming events you’ve got scheduled for today. Depending on what you logged on to do, you can head over to the messages page to communicate with colleagues, check out the group calendar to see what other events are going on this month, or edit a text document simultaneously with other members of your group.
Companies that sign up for premium accounts can get access to time tracking tools, which can be used to more accurately bill certain clients, or file sharing capabilities, which allow users to share important documents with colleagues without having to send attachments through email. For businesses, freelancers, and even large families looking for a better way to ensure everything gets done, Clutterpad is an application with all the bells and whistles that anyone could need to effectively manage all types of projects.

Looks like a great tool. The free accounts for individuals is a great perk. Another useful online project management tool is SantexQ. Definitely worth a look/review!
Awesome blog you have here, btw. You reviews are very thorough!
I use Clutterpad and it’s pretty solid. I’ve tried other tools but none of them really match. It kills Basecamp to be honest and doesn’t compare. Basecamp doesn’t have a proper calendar. It doesn’t have the ability to store contacts (they have another tool for that and you have to pay for that too). Clutterpad has all this. Besides it’s much cheaper too!
Clutterpad is an amazing program. I’m very wary of spending my money on the net and therefore you can imagine that I signed up for the free account! lol!
After having used clutterpad a little bit, I’m definitely gonna upgrade (as the free version only allows 2 projects and I have way more!), the prices are SO affordable too!
btw your site rocks, I love the design and colour scheme, slick and smart!
