Get Signoff is an application that streamlines the way web designers can get sign offs, approvals, and feedback from clients. With a customizable look and feel, complete integration with Basecamp, up to 50 Gb of storage, and an unlimited number of projects that can be in-progress at any time, freelancers, small teams, and large agencies can all use Get Signoff to keep up with all the needs of their most important clients.

When you’re a designer who works with plenty of finicky clients, getting feedback and approval on the latest versions of all your designs can be a chore. Rather than emailing files back and forth with clients and then waiting days or weeks for a response, Get Signoff offers a simpler solution. Input a bit of basic information for each of the clients that you’re currently working with, assign projects to those clients, and begin uploading all of your designs. When you make an update to any project, the clients you’ve listed will be automatically notified with an email letting them know that you have uploaded a design that needs to be reviewed. Clients themselves will then be directed to log in to the Get Signoff site, where they can review images and leave comments on what needs to be changed before a final approval can be made.

Although Get Signoff offers a number of interesting features to its basic users, the application reserves its customizable client interface for companies who’ve signed up for upgraded accounts. Additionally, companies with “agency” accounts also get more storage, unlimited user logins, and full Basecamp integration.
