Doolphy is a project and task management system that does things a little differently than the rest. Sure, the web-app helps people plan, review, and manage their business projects just like many other similar applications. But it also offers tools that analyze the financial results of the work that small business owners put into their various tasks and projects—helping companies of all sizes increase their profitability while decreasing the amount of time and effort they’re required to put in.
If you’re looking for an application that can help you plan, organize, and schedule your business tasks, then you’ve already got plenty of well-established systems to choose from. If you’re looking for a web-app that can do all that – plus, help you manage your business costs with detailed financial graphs and profit sheets then Doolphy was created for you. Select a plan that fits your usage needs and invite other members of your work team to sign up, too. With Doolphy, you can share files and documents, bill clients based on the number of hours spent working on a given task, and create extensive financial graphs and data sheets showing the profitability of a given project.
If security is a concern, then Doolphy’s daily data backups and extensive permissions settings should ease those fears. With a wide number of management roles and settings, there’s virtually zero chance of a lower-level staffers accidentally deleting important files or bungling sensitive client-billing information. Overall, Doolphy is an interesting project management application that offers more financial tools than many of its competitors.

I like practical usage opportunity of this tool, but don’t like rather ‘strange’ interface. It should be polished and rebuilt by anyone else, not me. In general Doolphy can be also related to flexible task management as Comindware for example.
