Colleagues who work together can accomplish more in less time. The same is true for web-applications. CloudWork is a tool that companies can use to integrate dozens of the most popular business apps — including Google Calendar, Twitter, and Dropbox — and force those apps to work together for the greater good. As a result, CloudWork can help people get more out of the business applications they already use.
Quit logging into/out of various apps, and importing/exporting files across multiple platforms. When you start using CloudWork, you can eliminate redundancy and automatically connect to all the most important business tools and social media apps. Select the apps you currently use from CloudWork’s list of supported apps, and then authorize CloudWork to access data from those apps. From your CloudWork dashboard, you can manage important business processes and automate repetitive tasks. For example, you can sync contacts between your Capsule CRM and Dropbox accounts, or automatically cross-post your Twitter updates onto your WordPress blog. You can also sign up to receive real-time notifications when certain triggers are set, such as when a colleague adds a new meeting to his calendar or when invoices have been sent out through FreshBooks.
Developers can use the CloudWork platform to develop integrations for their clients, or to connect their apps with the CloudWork API. The company also offers custom integrations and allows non-technical users to build their own integrations with apps from the CloudWork catalog using an advanced editing tool.
