Siteleaf – An Easy Approach to Content Management

Siteleaf is a web-application that developers can use to edit websites in the cloud, without necessarily having to create them there. The platform makes it easy for users to develop their websites locally, using whichever integrated development environments they prefer, and then manage those sites in the cloud.

Set up your next website by choosing a title and a domain on Siteleaf, or by using your own custom domain. Quickly create your website using Siteleaf’s editor. Choose between cascading templates or liquid templates, which are useful when you’re creating a single-page site. Siteleaf lets you develop templates locally using HTML and Liquid syntax, with built-in support for Anvil and Pow. When your website is ready to go, you can publish static files to your own FTP, Amazon S3, or Rackspace Cloud. You also have the option to publish to Siteleaf’s content delivery network, allowing you to publish your website online with no configuration necessary.

All of your data is archived outside Siteleaf, and it’s available for as long as you need it. Click on the “Users” tab in the Siteleaf editor to invite clients, colleagues, and friends to edit and review the website you’ve created. Siteleaf’s tools are intuitive enough that anyone can use them, regardless of whether they have a background in HTML.
