OneHub is a way to collaborate with your coworkers by sharing files, information, and organizing your work online. In some ways it’s fairly similar to other project management tools out there, such as Basecamp, though there are a few key differences to be found within OneHub. For one thing, they’re more focused on file sharing than on project management. OneHub is also extremely customizable in regards to what the end-user sees, which is one of the things we like most about them. Plus, they have a great interface: it’s both well designed and highly usable.
The format of the hubs makes it extremely easy to use. The idea is to create a hub around a project, a team, or a client—each highly customizable to your specific needs. There’s the “Design and Add Widgets” option, which allows you to customize your company logo, the “manage” and “share” buttons, which allow you to—well, manage and then share information with your coworkers or clients. You can easily obtain an overview of all hub activity on the home page.
All of this makes OneHub a joy to use because everything you need is right there. As mentioned, there are other similar project planning apps out there, but we suggest giving OneHub a try given its simplicity and flexibility.
