If you’re a small business owner who’s checking out PandaForm for the first time, you’ll want to get started by creating an account and deciding which type of form you’d like to make first. Thanks to the site’s drag and drop functionality, you can include whichever fields fit your needs—PandaForm offers 13 fields, including paragraphs of text, check boxes, drop down boxes, and file uploading buttons—and arrange them in an order that makes sense to you. Once you’ve selected the fields and typed in the necessary information, you can get started distributing the form you’ve created. PandaForm lets you email a link or embed the HTML code for the form directly in your existing website or blog. You’ll be able to instantly see when new people have filled out your form, and export their answers as a .CSV file to dig into the data further at a later date.
Depending on the type of form you’ve set up, you can begin accepting payments from people who’ve filled out the form via PayPal and send them automatic confirmations once their forms have been submitted. Just to let you know as some of our customer feedback, we’re creating a new feature on the software that automatically recognize personal info like name, email, tel and group them together as a list of people who submitted forms to you, and than you can look up for the forms submitted by a certain person, be it your clients, sales person, or students. Which let you use it as a simple CRM with a easy to use form builder.
