Sprint.ly is a tool that business owners and managers can use to stay on top of their employees and make sure team members are adding value to the projects they’re working on. The project management system integrates seamlessly into existing workflows, and offers customization options for groups of workers with unique needs.

Get signed up with Sprint.ly and add each of your employees to your new company account. The web-application works similarly to competing project management platforms, starting with a basic dashboard and a list of all the projects that are backlogged, current, and complete. Unlike competitors, however, Sprint.ly’s dashboard page features a series of pie charts and graphs that showcase your team’s focus and cadence. Team members can add their ideas to the backlog, and filter other backlogged ideas by type, status, tags, or the team member who’s been assigned the task. To notify team members about new issues and bugs, just send an message to a special Sprint.ly email address and CC the person whose job it is to fix the problem at hand. You can also add attachments to your emails, which will be automatically uploaded to your company’s Sprint.ly account.

Another way that Sprint.ly differentiates itself from competing project management applications is by giving everyone in an organization a voice. Team members can vote up or down individual tasks, issues, and bugs, and change the priority of selected items by dragging and dropping them into a new order.

What we liked:

What we didn’t like:

• Sprint.ly doesn’t offer as many advanced features as some competing project management platforms
