Wufoo – The Easy Form Creator

It is not always easy to collect information on the internet – or at least it wasn’t until Wufoo came along. Wufoo takes the hassle out of creating online forms, aiming to make form creation easy, fast and fun. Instead of having to spend days creating forms and the databases behind them, internet users can now build a form in minutes using one of more than 80 templates as a starting point.

Forms can be branded to match your company’s identity, and can include required fields and password protection. You can even choose where recipients can come from by using the IP address filter. Once you have collected data you can export this to Excel and CSV. Forms may also be embedded on your website and you can integrate payments from Paypal, Google Checkout and others.

There is almost no limit to how you can use the forms created with Wufoo. Whether you want to create a mailing list, make a party invitation or track the bugs on your latest software project, it is easy to customize and manage a Wufoo form. Although there is a free level, you will need to upgrade to one of the paid plans to handle any more than 100 respondents.

Practical Uses:

  • Find out if your customers are really happy with your services
  • Create an online registration form for conference participants
  • Make an application form for potential employees

Insider Tips:

  • Create individual logins for each user from your company with the user management tools
