You can also include a status message to give people more details about where you are going or when you’ll be back. When your colleagues check the page, they’ll see your name and photo alongside a large colored dot indicating whether or not you’re in the office and available to chat.
With Tabzon, it’s easy to create a status message to let people know when you’re working from home and to include updated phone forwarding information that the receptionists should use for transferring calls.
