Recruiterbox – Make the Right Hire

Recruiterbox is a web application aimed at helping managers and HR representatives find the best candidates for whatever jobs they’re filling. The application and resume tracking web-app guides employers through every stage of the hiring process, from promoting open positions online to storing applicant data, scheduling informational interviews, and even sending custom responses to the lucky few who’ve been picked for the jobs.

Select a pricing plan based on the size of your company and the number of openings you need to fill. The first step to finding the perfect person for your position will be promoting the opening on job search engines like Indeed and Recruit.net, as well as social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. You can also post the job opening on your very own careers page, which can be hosted on Recruiterbox without any setup or configuration. Once the word about your job opening has spread, you’ll want to get started gathering resumes and screening applicants. Recruiterbox accepts resumes in all formats, and it will automatically detect duplicate candidates when two applications from the same person come in. The web-app will then assign a certain number of candidates to each member of your hiring committee for further review. Recruiterbox’s extensive permissions settings let you control which information each member of your recruitment team has access to based on each person’s position within the company.

Members of your hiring committee can browse through applications, cover letters, and resumes, jotting down important notes and impressions about certain candidates along the way. These notes can then be viewed by all the members of your team, making it possible to keep everyone on the same page when it comes time to select which lucky job applicants will be granted interviews. Selected candidates can be contacted from within the Recruiterbox system, helping to keep the application process contained in one place as much as possible. Finding the right person for the job is easier and less stressful for companies that use Recruiterbox.

  1. Iscopia Software’s AQS / The Hiring Kit(tm) is another alternative. It is similar to Recruiterbox and the other alternatives you mentioned, but adds a candidate qualification and ranking component as well as integrating psychometric tests, automated online reference checks, and background screening. It also is delivered as Software as a Service and features a monthly subscription approach in addition to a fixed per job opening fee.

  2. I rarely create responses, however i did a few searching

    Ridiculously terrible software.

    Customer service – 1/5
    Ease of use = 2/5
    Pricing – 1/5

Look around people, so much better tools.

  4. If you are looking fro more than just an ATS – then you should consider JobAdder’s Free Trial. Global support – US, UK, Australia/New Zealand, Asia Pac.

An applicant Tracking Solution is only half of the Recruitment Software battle.
