Tringify will handle the heavy lifting – automatically connecting you and the customer by phone, where you can answer any questions and hopefully make a sale. Phone calls can be recorded and transcribed by Tringify, as well, which can be useful for managers who want to keep an eye on how their employees are dealing with difficult situations. When you’re not available to answer questions, just let Tringify know. The widget on your site will be turned to Offline mode and your visitors can leave written messages that can be responded to at a later time.
