SaneBox – Relaxed Email Management

Who wouldn’t benefit from having a couple extra hours in the day? With SaneBox, you can cut down on the time you spend going through your email inbox and increase the time you have for more important things, like hanging out with your family and relaxing with some good books.

SaneBox functions like a super-powered email filter, pushing your most important emails forward and hiding the less important emails you don’t have time to respond to right away. Add a special folder to your email inbox – SaneBox works with any email provider, including Gmail, Yahoo,AOL, and Apple Mail, to name just a few – and sit back while SaneBox goes to work. Using a special algorithm, SaneBox weighs the importance of each email you receive and separates those that need responses right away from those you can read and respond to at a later date. To increase the accuracy of SaneBox’s filtering system, link the web-app up to your Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts. SaneBox will use this information to ensure you never miss an email from an important contact or a close personal friend.

In addition to its basic filtering features, SaneBox also offers automatic unsubscribing and deferred emails, which means you can schedule a specific email you’ve received to show up in your main email inbox at a particular date and time. People can even use SaneBox to save email storage space. The web-application scans emails with attachments, moves those attachments to Dropbox, and replaces them with a special link you can use to access the documents at your leisure.

  1. “What we didn’t like: Nothing” – well that’s rather positive!

We struggle with emails, we literally get tons a day so might check this out.

    • Language Police

MegaMind: You don’t “literally get tons a day”. E-mail has no weight. Why use literally when it is precisely the wrong word for what you mean?

  2. Hmm, I like the idea of this.. I’ve been using a script with gmail to try and achieve the same thing.. especially getting emails to return in say 1 day, or 7 days from now… will give this a try. Cheers
