Fleep is a chat service that helps groups stay on the same page when managing complex tasks and projects. By combining three popular business features in one platform—group chats, pinboards, and file sharing—Fleep has developed a business communication system that’s adaptable for many different types of users.
Start a conversation, then get to work tracking its progress through your company’s pipeline. When your company uses Fleep, you can host group chats from inside your browser or an integrated iPhone app. Manually ping selected colleagues to bring them into the conversation. Users can upload files to specific conversation threads, and they can pin lists of items that need to be done before a project is complete. You can even include people who don’t have Fleep accounts (like clients and vendors) by sending them emails through Fleep. Those non-users can participate in conversations without having to create their own accounts.
Fleep’s iPhone app is what makes the platform especially useful. Users can access lists and group chats from their mobile phones, pulling up shopping lists when they’re at the store or to-do lists when they’re on a jobsite. All Fleep services are completely free for as long as the platform is in beta.
