Plans change in the blink of an eye. As a result, printed schedules are practically worthless for companies that frequently deal with meetings that have been rescheduled or deadlines that have been pushed back. Teamweek is a project-planning tool that keeps colleagues on the same page. The platform utilizes cloud-based Gantt charts to keep team operations running smoothly and on time.
What is your colleague Jim working on today, and how long will he be working on it? When your company signs up for a Teamweek account, the answers to these questions (and many others) are just a few clicks away. Businesses can create editable team calendars, which can be filtered and sorted by project, team, and time period. Review a company Gantt chart that shows exactly what each of your colleagues is working on today, this week, and this month. These charts can also be set up to show the length of time that each ongoing project is expected to take.
Individual assignments can be redistributed by dragging and dropping projects from one section of a Gantt chart to another. These changes are then updated on each employee’s personal Teamweek calendar immediately. Multiple parties can make multiple updates across multiple devices simultaneously, and Teamweek will still keep everyone up-to-date. Teamweek even offers the option of using a “public view” link to post a company calendar on an office TV.

Why not just use Google Calendar + ClipPod instead? We’re using it for our own resource scheduling + very minimalistic project planning and it has worked out quite well so far.
