CMD+SPACE – Design Portfolios for Dribble Users

ss-cmdspace
Dribble is an incredibly popular platform for designers to share, promote, and discover new work, but it isn’t necessarily the best tool for creating digital portfolios. CMD+SPACE is stepping in with plans to fill that void, providing Dribble users with a straightforward way to build their own design portfolios.

Enter your Dribble username into CMD+SPACE, and sit back while a portfolio is generated on your behalf. The portfolio that CMD+SPACE creates for you will include your name, photo, and bio—all pulled from Dribble—along with your most popular images from the design platform. The shots that CMD+SPACE pulls for your portfolio are organized into a grid, making it easy for people to quickly scan and find their favorite work. Select the background color for your portfolio, along with which social networks you’d like to list at the bottom of your page. Enter your email address and decide on a password, and you can log back in to CMD+SPACE to edit your portfolio at any point in the future.

The upside to using CMD+SPACE is that all the work that goes along with building a design portfolio is taken care of for you. The downside is that you end up losing some control over the final product. Still, CMD+SPACE is an excellent product for anyone who uses Dribble regularly and wants an easy way to build a portfolio that’s accessible by both Dribble users and non-Dribble users alike.
