Politify – Politics Hitting Home

How will the results of upcoming political elections impact your bottom line? That’s a question Politify attempts to answer. The web-application invites users to answer a few basic questions about their filing status, age, and income, and then uses this information to provide a detailed analysis showing how the results of upcoming elections will effect the amount they pay in taxes each year.

To find out how your budget could be impacted by the results of the upcoming presidential election, click over to Politify.com and hit the “Try now” button. You’ll immediately see photos of all the remaining Republican candidates, as well as President Barack Obama. Click on the candidates whose economic platforms you’d like to compare, then enter some personal information about yourself, like your income, filing status, age, and zip code. In the blink of an eye, you’ll see a page full of visual charts and infographics detailing the effect that each candidate’s presidency would have on the taxes you pay and federal services you have available.

Based on the charts and data that Politify has provided, you’ll probably form an opinion on the presidential candidates currently in the race. Make your opinion known to others by clicking the “Endorse” or “Oppose” buttons and sharing your views on Facebook. To make an even bigger impact in the race, you can click the “Donate” button and pledge money directly to the campaign you have chosen to support.
