Dashboard – The Online Lead Converter

ss-dashboard

If you are looking for a great way to manage your sales performance and track leads, then Dashboard could provide the answer. Billed as a simple customer relationship management tool, it provides a way for you to focus on your customers from a beautiful, web-based interface.

The site contains everything you need to interact with your leads and customers, including easy ways to manage users, to create documents, track action items, agendas, and notes. All of these functions are easily accessible from the quick click sidebar.

The dashboard for which the application is named provides a quick overview of tasks, latest leads and recent activities. From there you can drill down deeper in each section using the individual tabs. For example, looking at the leads provides the contact information for a lead, as well as all the associated notes, action items, and documents. While the site is still in beta, it already delivers many important aspects of lead management.

Practical Uses:

  • Follow up easily on leads collected at a trade show
  • Manage customer prospects for your real estate firm
  • Leverage Dashboard’s toolset to ensure you’re adequately following up with previous customers

Insider Tips:

  • Invite team members to Dashboard easily by supplying a name and email address
  • Use the setup functions to customize lead sources and develop to-do templates
  • Use the convert button to record when a lead becomes a sale and add all the financial details from one easy interface
  • Check the main dashboard interface for easy notification of overdue to-dos

What we liked:

  • The user interface is beautiful
  • It’s easy to access all the main lead management functions from a single view
  • The configuration features make it easy to create a lead management tool that will suit a variety of businesses models

What we didn’t like:

  • Leads can only be input manually
  • It would be great to add industry specific leads; the developers say that functionality is coming soon

  1. I don’t know if I like it in this stage, but it has a lot of potential seeing as its still in Beta. The interface is beautiful. It definitely has that over other programs.
