CrossLoop – Expert Computer Help Without the House Call

ss-crossloop

CrossLoop serves two purposes—it’s a website where you can find expert computer help and it’s also (perhaps more importantly) an application you can download to remotely access another person’s computer. The Crossloop app is the perfect solution to that urgent phone call from Aunt Sally, the one that takes hours and leaves everyone bewildered. And the best news is that it’s extremely easy to use: both users merely download the application, enter the access code and hit connect.

With the app, there are a couple of key features to pay attention to—like the fact that you can “switch control” so that the Access and Share computers are exchanged. In addition, you can even change control to “View only” so that you disable the Access computer from its ability to control. Once you’re in a screen sharing session, you can also transfer files back and forth between users.

With the website, you can search for expert computer help, visiting profiles and deciding which expert you’d like to assist you with your computer problems. Both helpers and those in need of help will find that CrossLoop reduces a lot of that unnecessary stress involved in finding and giving computer help. Overall, CrossLoop is truly one of the best computer help applications around.
