HiTask – Synchronization Between Teams

HiTask is a cloud-based task management platform that people can use to handle their own to-do lists right alongside team task lists and shared group calendars. By syncing tasks between colleagues, and making those tasks accessible via their mobile devices, HiTask has created a way to ensure that large groups are always on the same page.

Rather than using separate apps to manage your personal and professional lives, HiTask encourages its users to combine everything in one cloud-based platform. Create a private to-do list that only you can access, along with a group task list that you can share with your team. When you visit your HiTask account, you’ll see a list of tasks appearing in the middle of the screen. To assign one of these tasks to someone else, just drag the task over to a colleague’s name. HiTask will assign the task to the colleague and, assuming you’ve set up a deadline, put the task on your colleague’s calendar. You can also drag any task to your own calendar to change the due date, or create hierarchical sub-tasks as a way to manage larger projects.

In addition to its basic project management features and task lists, HiTask provides users with advanced tools for tracking time, generating reports, and calendar synchronization. The entire HiTask platform is available on iPads, iPhones, and Android devices.
