Subtask is a stripped down, streamlined project management and collaboration tool. By eliminating any unnecessary fillers, and instead focusing on mind maps, calendars, and collaboration features, the team at Subtask has been able to develop a power-packed application for individuals and groups.
When you’re ready to get serious about getting productive, sign up for a Subtask account and start your first project. Individual projects are structured as mind maps, giving you a broad overview of everything that needs to happen before a project can be complete. Manually include all the tasks necessary to complete a given project, making sure to select a due date, responsible person, and any attachments that might be useful in getting the task done. When you attach dates to tasks, Subtask will send you a reminder via email before the task is due.
Change the way you view your mind maps to see who is responsible for completing which tasks, and when those individual tasks are due to be complete. Files, notes, and discussions are kept right where you need them, inside your mind maps. You also have the option to export your mind maps as PDFs, or print them to share with clients. If you’ve missed a few days in the office, scroll through all the “recent activity” in your Subtask account to view everything that’s gone on inside any given project and catch up on anything you’ve missed.

Rarely have I discovered a web app that has this combination of utility, intuitive design, and sophistication. Immediately signed up and plan to sing its praises in my next book.
For visual thinkers and mindmappers (not so much list-makers) this tool is in the slap-your-forehead and wonder where its been all your life category.
Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.
